As an Allround Maintenance Technician, you’ll be part of a 5-shift Technical Department of five technicians, working in close collaboration with Operators and Sorters. Together, you ensure that the plant runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely — while continuously looking for smarter ways to improve performance.
In this combined Engineering & Work Preparation role (E&I), you will prepare and coordinate maintenance and project activities, optimize processes, and improve reliability through inspection planning, data analysis, and documentation management. You will also guide external technicians and collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure safe and efficient operations.

As a Heat Tracing Inspector, you will bring your technical expertise to life at a variety of industrial and maritime sites within our specialized department. You will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and optimising Heat Tracing systems, ensuring flawless operation for critical industrial processes.
You will work both independently and as part of a team, be service-oriented, troubleshoot faults, and advise clients on the best solutions. You’ll regularly report progress to the team leader and occasionally supervise a small team. Your work environment will vary, sometimes at heights, sometimes on the ground, and everything in between.
