As a front-end developer you will join a young team of front-end and back-end developers who sit together in one room to be able to switch quickly. The atmosphere in the team is very informal and pleasant. There is a lot of room for your own input and you have your own projects. A team is put together for each project and you are responsible for your own planning.
As a front-end developer you will come into contact with techniques such as CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, HTML5, PHP, and Bootstrap4. It is an advantage if you have experience with the Yii or Laravel framework. The quality of the products is very important and that is why they want you to think innovatively. And would you like to apply new techniques and tools? The client is happy to be convinced!
As a medior / senior front-end developer you can work goal-oriented, process-oriented and independently, but you also have an eye for the results of the team. You dare to give your opinion to improve products together. You are innovative and accurate and not afraid of challenging projects and a large piece of legacy. You also keep a close eye on new developments.
Ideally, you work and think at Bachelor level and you have several years of experience in creating web applications. It would be perfect if you could actively support the client in the transition from (a lot of) customization to SaaS solutions for, for example, the booking street and “my domain’ for the customers in the recreation industry. If you also enjoy supervising your (junior) colleagues and thereby raising the quality of the team to a higher level, that is an advantage.
As a front-end developer you have an independent and varied job with a lot of personal responsibility. You work in a pleasant, young team at an informal organization with a growing clientele. Their software is an “As-a-Service” solution and has a modular structure. The client controls all processes within recreation. They also supply hardware such as check-in kiosks, barriers, license plate cameras, cash register systems and electronic locks.
