Your Role as Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant at Employ IR, you are the main point of contact for new and existing clients within the technical sector. You know how to open doors, build relationships, and translate client inquiries into concrete solutions. You identify opportunities in the market and actively contribute to expanding our client base. You work independently but are part of a close-knit and ambitious team.
What Will You Do?
- Generate new business within the technical sector
- Maintain and expand client relationships
- Conduct advisory and rate negotiations at a strategic level
- Draft framework agreements and negotiate rates and (secondment) conditions
- Translate client needs into concrete assignments for the recruitment team
- Identify market developments and opportunities
What Do You Bring?
- At least 3 years of experience in a commercial or consultancy role within the technical sector
- HBO working and thinking level
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
- A proven track record in new business and relationship management
- Independence, proactivity, and result-oriented mindset

- A salary between €4,000 and €5,000 (based on full-time), depending on experience
