Job description
As an Allround Technician in a 3-shift system, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various production installations. You’ll work on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal production efficiency.
- Performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on production lines and utilities.
- Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, and automation-related faults.
- Supporting production by ensuring machine availability and reliability during all shifts.
- Contributing ideas for process and technical improvements.
- Keeping maintenance records and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- You’ll join a close-knit, technically skilled team where collaboration, initiative, and hands-on problem solving are essential to success.
What you bring
We are looking for a driven and versatile technician who enjoys working with complex machinery in a fast-paced production environment.
- A Red Seal qualification as a Millwright, Electrician, or similar trade.
- Several years of maintenance experience in an industrial or food production environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including pneumatics and hydraulics.
- A proactive mindset, teamwork skills, and flexibility to work in a 3-shift rotation.
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans, plus a willingness to learn Dutch.
- A valid driver’s license.
