Job description
As an Allround Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of production equipment throughout the facility. Together with your colleagues, you will quickly respond to technical issues while also focusing on preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical and pneumatic faults
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Recording maintenance activities and technical findings in the maintenance management system
- Assisting with technical improvement projects and equipment upgrades
- Contributing ideas to improve reliability, efficiency and safety
- Supporting the maintenance of utility systems such as cooling and cleaning installations
- Participating in an on-call rotation when required
- Working closely with production and technical teams to minimise downtime

What you bring
We are looking for a motivated technician who enjoys taking ownership and working in a team-oriented environment.
You bring:
- A Red Seal qualification as a Millwright, Electrician, Fitter, or a similar technical trade
- Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or processing environment
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- A proactive and solution-focused attitude
- The ability to work both independently and within a team
- Experience in the food industry would be advantageous
- A valid driver’s licence
- Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands and learn Dutch

The organization employs approximately 200 people across production, logistics, engineering, maintenance, and quality departments.
