Senior Site Manager – Civil Infrastructure

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be the driving force on major infrastructure works, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery while coaching and guiding a mixed team of junior and senior colleagues. This role places you at the heart of complex civil projects with real environmental and societal impact.
What you bring
You bring both technical expertise and on-site leadership experience. With a solid background in civil infrastructure and the ability to guide teams under pressure, you ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent;
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a site manager / site supervisor within infrastructure or GWW (Ground, Road & Waterworks);
- Strong communication and leadership capability;
- Ability to work independently under pressure and make decisive calls;
- Fluent English; Dutch is advantageous but not required;
- Familiarity with Dutch contract forms (e.g., RAW, UAV-GC) is a plus.
