- Base salary between €4.200 – €5.000 gross per month (based on experience)

Mechanical Service Technician
Key responsibilities:
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and other mechanical systems
- Ordering required materials and managing your own planning
- Coordinating tasks with maintenance engineers, service planners, and external contractors
- Providing frontline troubleshooting support and emergency repairs, including standby service every 8 weeks
- Logging all work activities and updates for administrative accuracy
You’ll work with a high degree of autonomy but remain closely connected to your team. Regular check-ins, shared lunches, and a supportive environment are part of the job.
Who You Are
You are technically skilled, proactive, and customer-oriented. With a hands-on attitude, you manage your workload independently while collaborating smoothly with clients and colleagues alike.
To qualify, you should have:
- A Red Seal certification (Millwright, Fitter, or equivalent in mechanical systems)
- At least 2 years of experience in mechanical building services or installation technology
- A valid driver’s license
- A service mindset, fluent communication skills, and a willingness to learn Dutch
