Your role as Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at Employ IR, you are the point of contact for new and existing clients within the technical sector. You know how to open doors, build relationships and translate client questions into concrete solutions. You identify opportunities in the market and actively help to expand our client base. You work independently, but are part of a close and ambitious team.

What will you do?

• Generate new business within industry, energy/grid management and oil & gas
• Maintain and build customer relationships
• Conduct advisory and rate discussions at the strategic level
• Drafting framework agreements and negotiating out rates and (hiring) conditions
• Translate client needs into concrete assignments for the recruitment team
• Spotting market developments and opportunities

What are you taking with you?

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a commercial or consulting role within the technical sector
• HBO working and thinking level
• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
• A proven track record in new business and relationship management
• Independence, proactivity and result orientation
