Your role as a Junior Consultant
As a Junior Consultant at Employ IR, you will learn the consulting profession from the inside out. You will support the commercial team in finding and approaching new clients and help build the growth of our company. Don’t worry: we won’t let you swim. You will be well supported, have plenty of room to ask questions and we will celebrate your successes together.
What will you do?
- Assist in generating new business within the technical sector
- Actively approach potential customers under the guidance of experienced colleagues
- Preparing and scheduling introductory interviews.
- Build and maintain customer data in our CRM system
- Thinking along about commercial opportunities and marketing promotions
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to translate client requests into concrete applications
What are you taking with you?
- A completed college education (a direction such as commerce is a plus)
- Affinity for consulting and a healthy dose of guts
- Curiosity and enthusiasm to develop yourself
- Good communication skills
- A proactive attitude and team spirit
