Allround Maintenance Technician – Food Manufacturing

Our client is a leading food manufacturer known for its high-quality cheese products, proudly made in the Netherlands and exported worldwide. With a strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork, this company is constantly improving its processes and is now looking for an experienced technician to strengthen their team in Woerden.

- Base salary between €4.200 – €5.000 gross per month (based on experience)

Allround Maintenance Technician – Food Manufacturing
As an Allround Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep the production lines in top condition. You’ll be responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance across a wide range of machinery and building systems. You will:
- Perform preventive maintenance on production, packaging, and building installations
- Conduct inspections and assess equipment condition
- Propose and implement technical improvements
- Support inventory management and assist in work preparation
- Collaborate with fellow technicians, operators, and external specialists
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations and ensure others do the same
- Work in a two-shift system
What You Bring
We are looking for a motivated, flexible technician with a strong technical mindset and a hands-on mentality.
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- A Red Seal Trade Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical (or equivalent)
- Experience in a similar technical role, ideally in a production environment
- Knowledge and experience with electrical systems within the food manufacturing sector
- Strong troubleshooting skills and initiative
- Good communication and team skills
- A structured and proactive approach to your work
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English – and motivated to learn Dutch
